Have not you heard that grief goes away and time heals everything? However, it does not. The only thing which happens is that sufferer learns to live with deep-seated pain and grief. In other words, he adapts. When everything seems dark or caves in, the natural tendency is to turn towards religion and spirituality. This does not work all the time. By turning to religion, we do not get the answer to all of the questions. Even if we get answers, those are neither convincing nor give solace. We keep wondering why we are the chosen ones to suffer and do not get closure even after decades. Turning inwards and praying does not help at all. During these regretful and mournful moments sometimes, all we need is Nature's sound, its serenity, and a touch of a cool breeze. It has the power to calm down the doleful feelings, give reassurance that it is going to be all right, and some impermanent healing occurs.

- Ways to come close to Bhagwan
- Going outside material boundaries
- Exploration of inner self
Accept the Dukh, feel and explore it, find different opportunities, serve with humanity and empathy, practice Dhyan, self reflection, surrender. Dukh is not enemy, it is Guru, it teaches us lessons of life and takes us near Bhagwan.
